3.1 Opening an Account

When opening an account at hybaji you must provide accurate personal information. Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

3.4 Account Closure

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at hybaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding the deposited amount may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Payment Cancellation and Refunds

Once a deposit is completed it cannot be cancelled. If a duplicate deposit occurs due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded. If the deposited amount has not been used for a bonus and no bets have been placed, a refund may be considered as an exception.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hybaji offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (deposit + bonus).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies to one account, one IP address and one device only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered.
• If a bet is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• hybaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or commit fraud will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

The hybaji VIP program has 5 levels and each level offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.1 Fair Play Policy
